What services does Finsol provide?

We provide a complete range of insurance (for individuals and businesses), home loans, and KiwiSaver. If you require accounting or legal services, we can refer you to one of our trusted partners.

Do you charge a fee?

Our services are completely free of charge.

Is my insurance going to be affordable as I get older?

Traditionally, insurance premiums rise as we age (this type of insurance is known as Stepped Premium). Finsol offers another option, Level Premium, where your premium rate is locked in and doesn’t increase over the life of your policy.

What happens if I need to make a claim?

In the event of a claim, simply get in touch, and we’ll get things underway. As part of our service to you, we offer full support at claim time.

How do I make sure my claim gets paid?

While you may not be thinking about the possibility of a claim when you take out your policy, providing complete information to the insurer from the get-go is a huge help if you ever do need to make a claim. We strongly recommend all our clients get a copy of their medical notes from the last five to ten years during the application process.

What do I do if my situation changes?

If anything in your life changes, get in touch and we will assess your situation. Sometimes this means an increase in cover, but it could also mean a decrease. We recommend and implement annual insurance reviews for all of our clients.

What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind at any stage, there is no obligation to continue with your application or policy.
