One of our ongoing goals is to create an efficient, straightforward and seamless client experience. Over the years, we’ve created some pretty cool systems to benefit both our clients and our team, and one that we are particularly proud of is our digital advice process.
The shift into digital advice was also born out of the desire to become paperless, so we started this shift with online application forms and secure cloud-based client files.
Our subsequent discovery of eSign was a complete game-changer. eSign allows our clients to sign their insurance, home loan, and KiwiSaver documents from their phones. Eliminating the need to print, sign, scan, and email back has saved everyone involved an enormous amount of time – and means that we can get things done far quicker than our competitors.
With eSign and online applications, the need for face to face meetings has diminished. Pre-Covid, we were already fans of remote advice for busy clients or those out of town, but after Covid hit and the country went into lockdown in March 2020, things shifted into another gear.
We couldn’t believe how quickly our clients adopted a fully digital process. Not only did they love it, they demanded it, as businesses evolved and working from home became the norm for many industries.
As FinTech (financial services technology) advances, we’ll continue to adopt the best apps, platforms and programs to improve our service.
Despite doing most of our meetings via Zoom these days, our service and advice retain a personal touch, and our connection to our clients is paramount. For those who prefer to meet in person – when we’re not in lockdown, of course – we have offices in Northland, Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, and Wellington.
