Paul Ejamme | Financial Adviser
A self-professed number lover, Paul holds a Massey University degree majoring in Finance and Economics. After three years’ experience in lending, investments, and insurance, Paul joined Finsol and now heads our Home Loan team. As well as his expertise with lending, Paul also loves to help his clients with their cash flow and money management and has plenty of sage budgeting advice up his sleeve.
In his spare time, Paul leads an active lifestyle and loves to get outdoors and explore the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, enjoying hiking, kayaking, walks, and team sports.
I’ve always been into numbers, finance, and investments, both in my personal and professional life. With my role, I am lucky to be able to use my love of numbers to help people.
Gareth Dobson | Financial Adviser
Gareth returned home from overseas in 2010 and decided it was time for a career change. With his outgoing, vivacious nature, Gareth wanted to work in a dynamic industry where he could help New Zealanders. With advice and guidance from his father Paul – a former adviser with thirty-five years’ experience – Gareth founded Finsol and hasn’t looked back.
Gareth is devoted to helping people create long-term security and financial freedom. In the past year, Finsol has expanded to offer budgeting and saving advice, home loans, and KiwiSaver. In his spare time, Gareth is an enthusiastic surfer and loves nothing more than spending weekends searching the North Island for the best waves.
I like to look at every aspect of my client’s lives, including their long-term and short-term goals. I believe in taking a holistic approach to financial wellness and freedom.
Jordan Jujnovich | Financial Adviser
Jordan recently joined the Finsol team after six years in Australia, where he worked in construction before making the switch to the financial services sector. With a strong belief that getting to know people is the key to offering the best advice, Jordan fits perfectly into the client-centric culture of Finsol.
In his spare time, Jordan heads into the backcountry as often as possible to maintain a sound body and mind. He is also a diehard All Blacks fan who loves to surf.
The key to financial freedom and security is to start with small manageable steps to set you on the path to achieving something much larger. I love guiding clients as we develop their skills to allow them to reach their goals.
Luke Wainui | Insurance Adviser
After a stint working in the engineering industry, Luke decided to he wanted to work in a role where he could work with and help people on a daily basis. After starting at Finsol as an insurance adviser, he hasn’t looked back.
Luke loves fitness, nature, and the ocean, and tries to get out on the water at least five times per week where he paddles and trains for competitive Waka Ama (outrigger canoeing).
I enjoy being able to sit down with people and put together something to make them as financially secure as possible if something were to happen.
Hayley Evans | Insurance Adviser
Hayley began her financial services career in 2011 working at ASB (and later at Sovereign) and became part of team Finsol in 2015. With her straightforward approach to insurance alongside her extensive background in the industry, Hayley’s experience is an asset to the Finsol group.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying fit, healthy and motivated by attending the gym and taking part in national fitness competitions.
The most rewarding experience I’ve had so far at Finsol was getting a child cancer claim paid after the family were told they weren’t entitled to anything. It’s amazing being able to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Stephanie Viatos | Client Relationship Manager
After a career in the beauty industry, Steph embarked on a career in marketing and joined Finsol in 2016 as the social media manager. As the business grew, her role expanded to Client Relationship Manager, where she cares for the Finsol client base and keeps the day to day operations running smoothly in the office.
Steph is also an accomplished copywriter and works behind the scenes on marketing and brand direction for Finsol. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and explore the vibrant food and wine scene in beautiful Hawke’s Bay.
I love the modern approach Finsol takes to what are traditionally quite formal services; we constantly think outside the box. I’m proud to be part of an innovative company that truly cares about its clients.
