Manage your Southern Cross cover and claims
The My Southern Cross app makes it easy to manage your Southern Cross membership in one place. You can view your cover and policy information, check your benefits, submit and manage claims, and access other member services.
If you’re unsure what to do, what information you need, or how something works, we’re here to help.
Not every healthcare service or expense is covered, and policy limits, eligibility criteria and other conditions apply. It’s important to check before receiving treatment or incurring a cost if you’re unsure whether it will be eligible.

Your KiwiSaver is a long-term investment, so it’s worth checking that your fund and investment strategy still suit your goals, timeframe and circumstances. You may have been in the same fund for years without ever reviewing whether it’s still the right fit.
We’ll consider factors such as your goals, investment timeframe, attitude towards investment risk and your wider financial situation. This helps us recommend an investment approach that’s appropriate for you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Yes. If you’re considering using KiwiSaver towards a first home, we’ll take that timeframe and goal into account when reviewing your investment strategy.
We’ll explain our recommendations, talk you through your options and help you put the agreed strategy in place. We’ll then continue to monitor your KiwiSaver and provide ongoing advice as your circumstances and goals change.
